3D Metrology Conference 2019
November 5-7, 2019 | London, GB
The 3DMC is a conference and exhibition dedicated to the application and development of 3D measurement technology for industrial, scientific and cultural purposes. The conference aims to bringing together audience from diverse sectors such as aerospace, automotive, power generation, marine, off-shore, built environment, cultural heritage and virtual reality.
1st Optical 3D Metrology (O3DM) workshop
December 2-3, 2019 | Strasbourg, France
The O3MD is the first in a series of conferences that will build on the heritage of SPIE Videometrics (1991-2017) and Optical 3D Measurement Techniques (1989-2009). The primary theme is the precise 3D measurement and accurate modelling from imaging and range sensors. Topics of interest include all phases of precise 3D optical and range imaging for the accurate and reliable modelling of real scenes. O3DM is focussed on the growing interest in processing and modelling technology, and the increasing demand for accurate 3D models in applications such as industrial inspection, aerospace and automotive design, material and component testing, scene documentation, motion analysis, medicine and the exploration of remote and hazardous sites, just to name a few. O3DM, like its predecessor events, wants to encourage the cooperation and information exchange between academia and industry in the field of optical metrology.
OLDENBURGER 3D-TAGE / OLDENBURG 3D CONFERENCE
February TBA, 2020
Since 2002 the Oldenburg 3D Conference has been organized in February every year by the Institute of Applied Photogrammetry and Geoinformation (IAPG) at the Jade University of Applied Sciences (Jade Hochschule) in Oldenburg, Germany. The event is a platform for the interdisciplinary exchange of information related to optical 3D measurement technology and is aimed at researchers, end users, service providers and systems manufacturers. Typically the 2-day event offers over 50 presentations on research results, current developments and measurement challenges. This is complemented by an exhibition of the latest measurement systems on display from major manufacturers together with networking opportunities for participants to make new connections and strengthen old ones.he event is largely German speaking but most participants and exhibitors will be pleased to discuss the details of 3D metrology in English.
