ISPRS Technical Commission IV Symposium 2018: 3D Spatial Information Science - The Engine of Change

The ISPRS Technical Commission IV Symposium 2018: 3D Spatial Information Science - The Engine of Change will be held in Delft, The Netherlands, October 1 - 5, 2018.

The symposium covers a broad range of topics, among which ontologies, semantics, and knowledge representation for geospatial information:

  • Ontologies of space, time, processes, and events
  • Geospatial semantics
  • Semantic information extraction, analysis, representation, and visualization
  • Semantic enrichment and semantic annotation of geospatial information
  • Geosemantic web
  • New applications of ontologies and semantics in domains such as disaster Management, urban modeling, mobility, and architecture

Accepted papers will be published in the ISPRS Annals or the ISPRS Archives (SCOPUS indexed). Authors of selected papers might be invited to extend their paper for possible publication in ISPRS Journals.

Abstract submission: 30 May 2018

Notifications of authors: 15 June 2018

Final paper submission: 15 July 2018
