- Co-organizing the FOSS4G event on a European scale and promoting and supporting the world one
- Co-organizing two webinars per year based on new aspects on geospatial technologies
- Co-organize one summer school for undergraduate and graduate students on the use of open source software for environmental aspects
- Co-organize a couple of events at least for members of public entities to promote the use of open data
